Sheer D’Light Featherweight is a fusible interfacing that provides gentle support and draping with a soft hand for sheer to lightweight knits and woven fabrics.
Made of 100 percent polyester and thermo-bonded, it works well for tailoring and backing, as well as for stabilizing edge finishes and stopping fraying on very lightweight fabrics. It also can be used to create neat, strong, nonrolling hems on batiste, chiffon, silk, and other delicate materials by fusing narrow strips to fabric edges. It is washable and dry cleanable.
Sheer D’Light is nonwoven with a crosswise stretch and can be machine washed and dried. It is pretreated with the same method as the fabric being used. Available in white and charcoal, Sheer D’Light comes in 20-inch by 35-yard rolls.
